McDonald's diet

Exactly. You can easily incorporate fast food into a diet, provided you ensure that you keep your intake within calorie limits.

Or get off your *** when you eat too much :D.

Music does it for me, I get too happy and start erm, dancing and running around :o, but this very thing is burning all the excess calories I'm getting in every day by eating tons of junkfood only.
 
4-5 times a week I go and eat something like an entire gateaux or a massive McDonalds (seconds), and I'm 5'7 and weigh 10 stone, 9% body fat. :)
 
I dont eat, i cant most of the time, really random but i dont get hungry anymore.

16, 6'3", about 14 stone.

I need to firm up though, ive got a huge frame to build on, gotta love rugby for that :)

You can eat anything until your 20.

That's when you'll be kicked in the balls. If you're lucky enough to keep to a low weight, just think of the damage being done to your body in other ways :(

Your burger is suspisciously black. In fact, it's the exact same shade as a "morning after a night on the Guinness" crap. Exactly the same.
 
Sorry but snowdog that just looks awful... Mcdonalds is only good for when you're on the go and your really hungry and you need something to ram in to keep you going :p IMO of course.

Although got to say their Chicken selects they do are quite nice, with the dips :) Dont have it very often tho
