This is confusing me. How can she say you've sold her ticket if you only sold the two you won in the competition? You should still have two tickets? Show her the damn tickets and stop her complaining?

That's how I'm reading the situation, in which case I can only assume she must be joking since she gets in for free and that isn't hugely difficult to work that out here. She has no claim on the money made by selling the other two (free) tickets so the fact that she gets in for free seems more than fair.
