What's your issue? You should still think it's cool cause you're acting like a child now. There's absolutely nothing wrong with childhood gifts & toys being paramount over something crap and unlasting like a car or a gadjet.

But most men when thinking of their coolest possession would be hesitant to name a teddy bear...I would have thought. Maybe it's just me.

You gotta think people do accually collect old teddies. why you ask cuz they like them and proberbly think they are cool. Just because you dont think so doesnt mean the whole world thinks the same as you do.

Just because the whole world doesn't think the same as I do it doesn't mean that I can't post my opinion.

Bare in mind that people would only post what they valued so highly, regardless of whether or not it was embarassing, if they were comfortable saying so :p. Some people give me dirty looks for keeping my dad's fag ends, I couldn't care less what they think about it really. These are things we keep for no ones benevolence but ourselves, so we shouldn't be aiming to impress others with them I guess.

I totally agree, but I'd imagine that people that are prepared to post their coolest possession on the internet are also prepared to receive feedback and a vast array of opinions from said forum. As for keeping your dad's fag ends that's just weird man.

Fair does, but you can't expect people not to be offended when you make remarks on their most prized possessions ;). I never claimed to be normal!
