Well had cod 4 for a while completed it on all single player 3 times on hardest levels. never played cod4 mp. so decided to play for a bit went to some uk server. average rank maybe 22 kills 10 deaths lvl 20 killed some guy from far away as i seen him shooting at me got banned? :eek:

is cod4 mp community are not mature or something ?

played loads tf2 and people seem to be much more nice there.
 
I've always said this, if they pay for the server and they boot you its up to them, Their house their rules simple enough. Dont like it for what ever reason find another one, its not like they are thin on the ground.

Anyway why would you want to play with an admin who kicks you if you beat him?
 
no i dont i had played in this server for few hours seemed nice added in favorites making them a favor by playing there. and like for no reason at all being banned. deleted already just though there would be more mature people on cod lie cod2 days. maybe just wrong server wrong time
 
It doesn't matter what game your playing, theres always someone that will dislike you and give you a hard time, trying to find a decent regular server can be a mission to be honest.

It may take a while for the crappy servers to disappear, leaving only the decent servers with decent players. Remember that if a server is continually kicking players for the slightest reason, it'll soon lose any further interest.

I got kicked from 2 CoD4 servers this week, it seems Level 55 players don't like to have their arse's handed to them on a plate by a Level 40 player.
 
I was on a cod4 server and someone mentioned that the killhouse looked like a paintball arena. I said yeah it does (american style in door), and said i'd just finished umpiring... too which I got much verbal abuse and accused of lieing and being "caught out", as apparently they haven't been called 'umpires' in years, so I 'must' be lieing lol (but *sigh*). Total morons, on a power trip.

I hear it is even worse on xbox live however!

i had one incident on cod2 that made me laugh, the admin didnt like my name and told me to change it, i told him to get stuffed and he banned me


my name had "catpain" in it instead of "captain".

He siad it was offensive to cats..

My mate has a 360, along with Halo 3 and COD 4 on it. O dear god :p Its full of 10 year olds shouting god knows what excuse to make sure you know that you killing them was entirely not down to their idiotness or your skill.

I know online PC gaming has its idiots, but buy a 360, then you'll understand what a nice community we have on here :rolleyes:
 
yes and the smart zombie server sucks compared to ours thats why they come on ours trying to pimp theres advertising there ips which isnt on.our zombie is number 27th in world for cod4 servers and flying up.provisionly will be number one in world at cod4 in few weeks.

try out the best zombie server in the world :p

 
Create a mandatory age limit for the internet, 18+, no ifs or butts, create a seperate monitored and secure set of networks for education for minors.

would remove a lot of the ***** like myspace, bebo, youtube,incesantly annoying gamers.

Most of the kids on COD are below the age limit of the game anyway! But these days electronic devices are babysitters.

I'm being really slow today, took me 4 attempts to spell 'conservative' earlier...

Age limits are not limits but recommendations anyway, there are no laws about the minimum age for games ( at least not here).

And how exactly are they going to find out who's the minor ? On pretty much every site I register to, I'm born 10 years sooner then in reality :p.

18 + internet and >18 internet, riight :rolleyes:? If it'd be truly 18+ when every single site would be filled with lots of porn adverts.

TF2 has to be one of the best communities I've played with.

I quit CS:S after about an hour of trying on diff servers.. full of whiny kids swearing at everything.

Quite tempted to pay for a TF2 server, and make it mic mandatory, and go all Zefan-esque in my admin brutality.

COD4 is ridiculously easy to shoot people from insane distances even with a handgun. The guy was obviously having a bad night still 100s of servers to play on just move on.

64 player servers suck the maps weren't created for that many players.
 
Nothing has quite matched the communities and admins I found on 1.5 servers. Absolutely terrible. It was still a class game though :cool:
