Ok this years line up was a bit lame (only 2 bands i was interested in) but what did everyone think was the best bit, from either being there or on the bbc coverage???

Mine was Massive Attack on saturday nights highlights with Angel. Probably the best bit ever. This is followed by the Verve just ending with noise (playing oxegen in 2 weeks too!!!) :)

Still anyone else like anything good?

Verve.

Sat there in amazement, awesome just awesome !!!!!!!!!

Massive attack were great, teardrop sent shivers down mine spine.

Goldfrapp were amazing, but I am basing that on the performance as well as the hippe pagaen girls taking their clothes off and pole dancing in a very very sexy way.

Well.. just got back and besides seeing the Travelling Band on stage, Katie Melua - was fantastic! Went to see her on a whim, 'cos the Pigeon Detectives aren't one of my faves - but she was seamless - just like the record!

I thought they were a bit weak to be honest - I've seen them live on several occasions and they just didnt cut the mustard in my eye...although Teardrop is my fave Massive Attack Song...

The Verve were brilliant - good way to end Sunday night!

Kings Of Leon.

I've always been a bit of a fan, but they blew me away on Friday night.

Definitely not Amy Winehouse, that's for sure.

The only good bit of her set was the instrumental bit where her band all did solos

watched some coverage, the verve suprised me, I thought jay z did a damn good job(not my kind of music - but enjoyed) liked the zutons, we are scientists.
missed amy - allegedly she's asked to headline next year - lets hope not!
lilly allen SUCKED

Watched a bit of the videos on iPlayer, highlights were the Kings of Leon, The Ting Tings and Hot Chip, plus Dizzee Rascal and Calvin Harris' acoustic performance is pretty good.

I saw the Verve play live at The eden Project on friday and it was cool to be back home on my sofa to watch them play live again. It was a wicked gig and when they done Bitter Sweet symphony the hairs stood up on the back of my neck. Here are a few shots I shot on friday ;)

I think there's an agenda about to keep Amy Winehouse around because the BBC/MTV have constantly gone on saying the "enjoyed her performances" and it was "nice to see her back" and she "sang well".

Yet everyone I've spoke to said her performance was terrible, she was clearly drugged up and sang woefully... I've felt this way for a while now.

Only band that would get me to glasto would be pink floyd or some other A list group like the stones I thought this years was very B list.
