Drinking is one of the few things where I'm genuinely ambidextrous. It depends more on where I've put my glass than anything else.

Same here although I'd think it has quite a bit to do with drinking games on my part as well. Otherwise I'm very definitely right handed and that includes holding a fork.

i do everthing with my right hand, but place a watch on my left.

That is quite normal for right handers though I think as it leaves you free to check the time while your dominant hand is doing whatever.

Right hand for everything except hand shandy which I have specially developed to be able to use my other hand due to mouse usage.

Edit: Fork = left hand and knife = right hand when eating, unless I'm making an impression of a burger eating war mongering American. Because they all eat with one hand.
