You have a group? hehe I'm solo'ing it as much and as fast as I can when I have the time. Halfway through second act and only started again last night. I jsut dislike how my hench costs me like 10k to ressurect after he gets himself killed :/

Yeah. Some guy rushed my level 25 necro to hell diablo without saying a word. I didnt even ask him to do it. After baal he'd just say "game/pass" and that'd be it.

Because sometimes mindless hack'n'slash is exactly what you want. Most true RPGs are mind-numbingly tedious - I just want to kill things, get bigger weapons, kill things, earn more experience to get better skills to kill things quicker.

I don't like how they've taken visual elements from WoW

One of the things I liked about Diablo was the darkness and grittiness of it.

I just hope D3 is as good as the originals.

Yup - for me that darkness added to the medieval Gothic atmosphere back up by the music.

Yes I agree the videos show it to be very WOWified I'm not saying its a major downside but I'd prefer to keep diablo a totally different game.

It's way brighter and more colourful, doesn't have hi-res, detailed textures, looks slightly cartoony, and the armour and weapons are impossibly big. The pauldrons and armour the barbarian wears in the video would weigh about half a ton in real life, if not more.

i dont know if this would be accurate or they didn't have a clue and stuck any date on there

look at SC2 as well.

31/12/2008 release for Diablo 3, they must know something blizzard apparently doesnt. but one can hope for this date to be true cant one...?!
