A friends picking this up after just running Spybot. I can't seem to find a lot of info about it. It looks like it needs removing any ways. Anybody any experience with this one?

Does his AV not remove it? Give NOD32 a run through (after turning off system restore) in safe mode.

He's got Nod32 on his system and it doesn't pick it up during a standard scan? Does the safe mode scan give you a choice of what to remove when it has finished running or does it just delete what it finds?

You can tell it to just notify or auto remove in the scan options

No probs - if you open up NOD32. Go to Computer Scan on the left. Click Custom Scan and make sure 'Scan without cleaning' is ticked

Yeah should do. I've not used v3 in Safe Mode, but v2.5 had it still
