Annoying Vista error message

Hi,

I've started getting an error message when I boot up that says

Run Time Error '339';

Component 'MSWINSCK.OCX' or one of it's dependencies is not correctly registered; a file is missing or invalid

I wasn't to bothered but I've just tried to install something and it's thrown the same error up :mad:

Any ideas?

uninstall xfire

tried that didnt fix it
