CCC, tis broken now !

Noticed that selecting Catalyst control center did nothing... thought i'd installl the newest set and sort it out. (vista 64)

What a waste of the next two hours of my life !

Uninstalled it, put new set on, lost display.. safe mode, fiddle, back into normal.. display up... no CCC but tray icon keeps loading and unloading... uninstall, install.. nope... removed, install drivers.. install CCC seperately.. nope...

Have now just got back to having a tray thing that works but CCC still doesn't launch ! Google tells me that others have this problem so i'm going to live with this till the next set comes out :rolleyes:

At least with ATI the next set is never far away ;)

What drivers are you using?...I installed the 8.6 hotfix drivers yesterday when I received my 4870 card for Vista x64,working fine here in all my games,I had more issues with trying to get rid of 3 old Nvidia ddll files that were still left over after uninstall and using DriverSweeper in safe mode,anyway regedit sorted that problem out for me.
