Anyone tried this game yet? I just downloaded the demo and played 3 or 4 holes. I think this could be a gem of a game over live playing friends. Nice simple golf game along the lines of wii sports.

I'm gonna buy this I think especially if anyone here already has it?
 
I was tempted by it but I think it only has 2 courses so thought it would get a bit samey. Plus I have a stack of games that need completing before I even consider playing any more.

The demo play well?
 
Yeah I really like the demo, simple controls which should provide a close and fun online battle. A button for power sliding bar that you hit one way for power and the other for accuracy.

LB shows a top view of the course, RB zooms in across the hole. L stick alters direction right stick adds spin to the ball.

X button gives you 4 seconds guide on how your shot will end up. You can use that before putting but once your 4 seconds are done thats it. Hard to explain that feature easier if you see it in action.

800 points I think I will buy it. First arcade game that I've been interested in for quite a while.
 
Might have to try the trial, was definitely looking at getting it. Although Tiger Woods 09 is just around the corner. Any of you play that?
 
Quite a fun little game actually, really needs more courses though.

I've never actually bough a golf game, I may look into the next Tiger Woods though.
 
Downloaded this the other day and its a fun little game. Only problem being there doesn't seem to be many people on MP and those that are quit when losing, which means the MP achievements are harder to get, I have nearly all the the SP ones. If anyone is up for a game tonight let me know.
 
Rob I will buy it then and give you some multiplayer games once I've finished the single player. I'm off tommorow so will give it a play through then :)
 
Excellent. The Parkland course is a real bitch but awesome fun.

was tempted by this as well, got used to the trial after a few holes. I did wonder what it was like online, so nice one for commenting R0B.

Upto hole 5 on parkland just eagled the 5th hole. Much better course so far than the carribean.

This will be an awesome little game if 5 or 6 players from here have it and fancy a match. Hopefully some more DLC courses in the future too?
 
I finished 2 under I think on my first go round Parkland. You are using the X button for putting right? Thw winner finished 9 under so I have some way to go. The 17th and 18th killed my score.
 
My best on Parkland is -7 I think. The back 9 being considerably harder than the front. I'll be on tonight if anyone fancies a game.
 
Hmmm, I downloaded this last night, didn't get a chance to play it yet

if people are getting under par on their first go this sounds disappointing :(
