Pic: Your desk...RIGHT NOW

lol, reminds me of me :)

Those hard drives look a bit close, can you not move them to another bay? They can get really hot.

Nopes :(, the slot below them is blocked by the gfx cards basically the gfx would touch the hdd directly leaving no space for the power cable and sata cable, and the 6 pin pcie cable....
I have 2 80 mm fans blowing at those 2 though :).

I have already also put one hdd ( just visible on pic) into the floppy slot...

In fact I also still have a 160 gb hdd idling by on a shelf as I cant get it inside my case anymore, it's ide so it really needs to be beside my only other ide hdd unlike satas which I can just put beside my case :p...

My crappy B&B desk....

Ahh i see, 1 option would be (and its what i've done), is to use some bungee cord and mount/suspend a couple of the HDD in the CD bay. You should be able to get all hard drives in at least then. :)

I have to laugh at some of these desk photos, like they were really taken "RIGHT NOW!" which I assumed was the whole point of the thread, some people are seriously anal if their desks look like that, everyone knows you tidied up prior to taking the photo!

Yours look just as tidy as theirs!

As for using a computer in the kitchen, I can see the benefits. Arms reach of the fridge no doubt

:D
