Though I remember Be getting into a bit of a fret over piracy issues in the past. It took several vocal forum members (on the official Be forums) demanding answers from Brett Coles to get the situation remedied. To be fair though, at least they listened + sorted it.

Definitely go Be or o2. And tbh, go o2 and speak to Zombi3 on here as he can get you the o2 premium package for only £7.50/month Get paperless billing on your BT line and you get BT line + up to 20mbit internet for about £17.50/month in total.
Have you put your details into www.samknows.com to find out your distance from the exchange + what is available?
They've managed it for several years so far. Three month rolling contract means that it's not too hard to get away from them should they ever go down the swanny though.

If it's 2km straight line distance then the line length is likely to be quite a bit more. More like 3km+...I suspect 10meg might be a bit hopeful for this :/
Just warning you of the perils of ADSL and long lines, as I have suffered from poor quality lines in the past myself.
Well, good luck with it anyhow. Consider also getting a sky-branded netgear dg834gt from an auction site and flashing it with the dgteam custom firmware. You should find that it'll deal with noisy/long lines a bit better than the o2 box you're supplied with.
