Recommend me a £30 heatsink for Q6600

Yip the Tuniq is considered to be one of the best. No idea how easy it is to fit, tho there are plenty of users who will be able to say.

Dont mean to thread hijack.
But do the newer Tuniq tower come with the TX-2 paste because, with most reviews come with the TX-1 paste but i think those reviews are like a year old or so.
Thanks.

Xigmatek S1283, can be had for £23 online :)

But then you have to pay for packaging on top of that which would come to roughly 28-29 quid same as the tuniq tower and means dealing with another supplier, and for me seems easier to use OcUK when getting like 95% of your parts.

Also dont suppose anyone can answer to my previous question?

A TT through OCUK is £38 with postage though, the Xig coms out £10 less from elsewhere

No idea on the paste though

+Tuniq

and its easy enough to fit if you use your head. not that the manual helps at all. but you cant really go wrong;)

Does anyone have a Noctua NH-U12P? Worth the extra over the Tuniq?

I don't have one, but I know that they are great coolers, beating out the Tuniq (not by much). It is also quieter with the stock fan that the Tuniq. Whether you want to spend the extra money is up to you, I wouldn't say that any particular cooler is a worse choice over the other.
