How fast was the train going? Slowing down / steady high speed?

I wouldn't like to imagine what sort of state he's in.

Yeah he could be alive, but for how long? Fingers crossed he makes it.

How are they meant to stop this.

Unfortunately the goverment isn't willing to spend the money to improve them significantly.

Why cant our railways be like japans! they need to get a not from the station if there late fro work because of the train! thats how efficient there trains are!

Well if it was someone like the video I saw recently where the bloke narrowly escaped death then I hope he's injured enough to teach him and his mates or anyone he knows a lesson!

apparently we are moving soon but terminating at the next stop, I am not even 1/4 of the way home yet, I just want to get home now.

Usually trains on a line are suspended when this happens, so you'll have to find another way home.

This happened to me a year or so ago (well similar, it was the train in front of ours hit the guy) not sure if he survived he was in, but we ended up stuck for a good 4-5 hours, the train did carry on after though. Got free drinks and snacks from the buffet, but ended up making my 3 hour trip into a 7-8 hour one, resulting in me getting home about 2hrs before I was due to get up for work... cheers mr random train jumper guy :rolleyes:
