Has anyone watched it? What did you think?

I've just watched it and thought it was brilliant. Great acting, great fun, great story.

Really great film.

But for some reason i feel like i have to attend MIT..... :rolleyes:

Not exactly, it is about them counting cards well.

It's not a bad film but not great either, pretty lightweight fluff really but apparantly based on a true story.

I would say it's worth seeing - I will have to watch it again sometime but it did have me wondering about the "teacher" (Kevin Spacey) and what he was in it for.

nothing special, just your averagely bad movie that isnt worth paying £5 to see, the dark knight on the other hand...now thats a different story

Terrible, terrible film. I was actually quite looking forward to this film but disappointed doesn't even come close. The story could have been told so well be instead we got a film that was so dumbed down for the Hollywood masses is was just painful to watch at times.

Bringing down the house is also a good book , along with dirty rotten americans.

couldn't have said it better myself, as an ex card counter and also a bj/baccarat dealer this movie sucked.
