Spec me a protein shake and work out

wassup everyone

So I've hit the gym for the last 4 days and I am in agony and pain so I'm gonna rest for a few days.

I have pretty good build I'm not skinny and have a bit of
Muscle but have a bit of a belly. I'm looking to build a little mass not too much though but wanna tone up a lot. I'm thinking of buying the big ball thing to do sit ups everyday in the morning and night for me belly. Is that a good way to lose it?

Is there a protein shake out there that will help me tone up at all? And should I drink it before I work out or after?

Last thing in rder to get toned up I don't do heavy weights but do light but more reps is that right?

no. doing millions of situps will not make you lose the belly.
no, there is no miracle shake.
no, there is NO such thing as toning. You lose fat, you gain muscle. That is all.

if you want to lose the belly, burn more calories than you consume. If you want to gain a little muscle mass, consume more calories than you burn.

If you want to lose the belly, do cardio work, and cut the crap from your diet.

As said, read the sticky, it'll be a good help.
 
you need to weights 3 days a week, and then either on your off days or after your workout HIIT (High intensity interval training) for around 20 minutes. I am doing this very workout plan and it is working!
