you dont need a serial key, once your registration key has been used then it cannot be used again (im not sure if you need it to recovers passwords etc though) and your login name is an email address btw

lol well this is turning out to be fun ,

i gave them all the info i could , name , address etc , they have asked for the game key (which i dont have or didnt get when i had the game not that i remember anyway) & they want to know where i bought it from ... i cant bloody remember its over 2 years ago! .... meh might just but em again

well as i have no key they are not going to give my details to me...sooo ill have to buy the game again.

You have to have at least one other game to be able to play EotN, so you'd be better off getting the Prophecy+EotN pack (platinum pack) if you can find it for a good price.
