its definately part of the vag/gti thing to end up pinching stuff off other models.

a lot of time was put into polishing up the rings, they are mirror like. someone took some pics, cant find them at the moment though

the new tyres are Khumo KU31. impressed with those so far too. ill do a write up on their performance soon. they are impressive too

its a mk3. they are friggin enormous *cue mk3s being heavier than the moon gags :p

as for the rubbing... that could be being cured very soon, but seeing as the car has been put together for b road thrashing, i need to keep the ride height practical.

when i get new suspension again, ill keep you posted
 
Those wheels look really good on the golf. But i think they'll look so much better if you remove the Audi badges from them (if you can?)
 
the audi badges are not that noticeable, i think it also adds to the "they came from totally the wrong car" aspect of it

also they are no removable. they are molded as part of the centre cap, they attach from behind

they do look pretty 'ard without caps actually
 
I like them, as said though. Remove the Audi caps, sand them away and get some one to get VW done on em? Would look nice.
 
Looks good, not enough tucking in the front though :p Understandable that you don't want it totally slammed if you actually drive it properly though.
