NDA release? I thought it was being released to the public next week... im confuzzled...
 
It's a hard launch, i.e. the NDA on reviews, benchmarks and so forth will coincide with the release of the card itself next week so you can actually buy it. The review sites will no doubt all have their samples by now and be working on the reviews.

anyone know if the price of 4850 or 4870 will drop with the release of 4870x2?

..and is the 4850 really a big difference to 4870 with the gddr5 an all? thanks.
