So Ive put some new horrible cheap aftermarket wheels on my car, on a positive note, I quite like them ******* to clean!! :eek:

What do you guys think? (I have kept the standard 14's for if/when I take her on a track)

Oh and hopefully the window tints will go soon, depending on how quick I find a professional who can do it cheaply in light smoke

Something i have pondered very much...no not mens bums :o

I dont think ill be dropping it as I love the handling too much (granted the 14s make it handle nicer - but they are easily swapped)
 
The new ones 15 or 16?

I always found cars to handle better with slightly larger alloys and less tyre...obviously you can get to a silly point in alloy and tyre amount when it just does not work...plus the stock wheels just look so puney. :p

They are 16 inch with 40 profile, 205 width Avon ZZ3s so the grip is nice... but i liked the quick steering of the 14s and how easy they oversteered :D

Mind you I didnt mind the raptors, they did a good job at making the brake upgrade look good:

And I think they do suit the car if lowered, but I dont want to go lower.

I did think about black, these are powder coated btw but I just loved the contrast of white, morrettes im not too keen on and seem to fetch around £250 for a decent set......
 
Much better but white wheels are never a good idea and should be banned from the face of the earth. Would look so much better in Hyper Black..

btw matt100 if you put white wheels on your ST I'm afraid I will have to kill you..
 
GTI badge is too close to the pug logo, move it further out and I think it'd look better.

I like the wheels, though.
