My 4870x2 just arrived. . .

be back later...please let me know if anyone gets this working on a 600W PSU..would rather not be messing about with my brothers drivers if someone else can see if this card is happy with a 600W PSU Thanks!!

I'm going to be fitting my HIS 4870X2 tonight with a new Corsair 620 PSU so I'll post back some time later tonight.
 
I'd like to know if the card works fine with the using the two pci-e connectors meself, could you let me know, I've got the same psu.
 
Yeah the Corsair 620 is working fine, just got it all up and running and have been playing Crysis on all Very high settings for the last hour. no glitches and nice and smooth. Ended up using the drivers with the card as couldnt get any ati ones to install from amd's site, as I just mentioned in another thread.
 
Can someone with a X2 do me a favour please? Can you upload the drivers that came with it to a webste?

Mine did not come with a drivers CD and i'd like to see if the drivers on the CD are newer than the 8.7's on ATI's site...

So are you a happier now ? Will you keep the card ?
