So much easier for me to drive barefoot. I've big feet, with shoes on I can catch, say the brake for example when using the clutch.
As for headphones, aren't they included in the new "careless" driving laws next week?
Different. Are deaf people allowed to drive? If they are then there is nothing they can do.
Don't try diving in Flip Flops!!ONE

In Britain in 2008 if it is not expressly permitted, then it is forbidden. Not vice versa like it used to be.

If you were getting done for it it would be driving without due care and attention or a similar charge, you wouldnt be getting done for not wearing shoes, but how you were drivinghow would you ever be caught driving bare foot anyway? you get pulled over, you put your shoes on before he gets to the car lol

Scotland isn't in the UK?There was a thread on PistonHeads that mentions it not being illegal in the UK, but it is in Scotland and Ireland, though no references to specific laws were given.
does this go for everything, so as its not expressly permitted i cannot take a dump on my front lawn?
