Its a perm dye!

What can i do to clean it off?

I'm going out tonight and need to look half decent!!!!!!

should have used Vaseline to protect the skin. All you can do is scrub scrub and scrub. then wait for the skin to naturally die and fall of.

Get an appropriately-coloured felt tip pen and colour your face in.

Have to admit, when I used to dye my hair I learned the hard way never to do it right before going out, unless I wanted to go out looking like I'd just been painting the house.
