Back from court!!!!!!!

It is probably fair to say that this forum is in the main frequented by young lads in their teens and early twenties, most of them as daft as brushes (;)) of course. I personally take satisfaction however that on threads like this it shows that most of the contributors are decent 'types' and understand the difference between wrong and right and appreciate what personal responsibility is all about. To me that is a bloody good thing.

The OP could learn from this because personally I am sick to death of having smug, snotty and cocky little twerps think they can get one over on the descent people in this country. You should be ashamed of your actions and reading your posts its obvious you are not and because of that I think you’re a disgrace and the attitude of getting one over the system portrays you in a very bad light. I am sure your family are very proud of their son.

What was he banned (here) for?.

No doubt he's an idiot for drink driving, and his attitude in the OP is a bit off, but replies like "scottyboy, you are a disgrace and I really really hope you end up in a fatal single car accident soon" are a bit tosserish.

Some people unfortunately need to take our their anger on internet forums.

Anyway, silly thing he done, but not my call to judge him personally and wish stupid things on him.

Maybe, but at least the people that vent their anger on the forums won't be the one driving without insurance and drunk.

It's not the fact he drunk drove (or was about to) it's the fact that he comes on here and acts all big and tough, boasting about how he has got one over the "pigs" and the courts. People just KNOW he's a 17 year old kid who thinks he's well 'ard, a cut above everyone else and shouts things like "**** da police!" as they drive by - which doesn't help him.

There would have been nowhere near as harsh replies if he had come on here, told everything how it was and was truely ashamed of what he has done or what could have been - but the fact is, he isn't ashamed of what he's done. I have no doubt that he'll be laughing about this with his moron friends about how stupid the magistrates have been and how he mugged off the coppers.

It doesn't take much for an idiot like "scottyboy" to become the person who kills someones mum/sister/girlfriend. This is why people have been harsh. This is why he deserves it.

I think there are far more burning issues than someone posting on the forum under a nickname who I/you have no association with in real life. What about Gary Glitter? Or the plane crash in Spain? Playing the "he might kill your mum whatever" card is a bit humourous too, I might stop talking to the elderley man next door because "he might run over someone" or maybe I'll stop taking the tube to work because "it might kill me". Sorry but no.

I personally do not give a damn if he gets banned or not. Maybe if he was someone I care about, but I am not going to go on a forum and join a lynching of someone who is just text on a screen, there are far more significant miscarriages of justice than this to get worked up about :)

I'd rather he hit the Ferrari of a wealthy businessman.

The businessman will be able to replace the car, scotty will be in debt for the rest of his life.

[edit]Oh, and I've handed down the ban the courts should have. See you in 2 years ;)

Fan-bloody-tastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should have been banned from driving for 3 years, retake his test to get his licence back, have 10 points on his licence when he does start driving again and owe at least £2000 even if it is £15 a week.. And how about a few days or maybe a week in prison.. It would soon change peoples attitudes for the better..

Glad this guy got banned :) he comes across as a right tit..
