2008 European GP - Race 12/18

Nope, that would be too entertaining for the Spanish fans.

Suppose so, take it as Brits we all enjoy the processional side of racing?

This track is not providing the decent racing I'd hoped for... What a let down, they should just chuck the F1 drivers in the GP2 cars, would be far better racing.

Just switched on, not sure I like the new circuit but the Nissan is amazing never even knew they'd entered a car.

Oh wait, sorry, adverts!

Maybe it will be better racing with the rule changes coming in for next year?

IF (and it's not entirely clear just how much will disappear) most of the stupid aero appendages disappear, and the slicks do their job, things should get better at this sort of circuit next year.

We can only hope so, they really need to dump the engine freeze also, one of the most disgusting ridiculous "rules" of recent times.

It is ridiculous isn't it - the teams who start with the best engine next year will be laughing for a good few years :(

I would imagine that teams can still switch engine suppliers though, which is kind of better for the indipendant teams than for the works teams.

So, 14 laps in... What do we think?
This track is absolute filth for F1 racing?

A GP2 track and nothing more.

Edit: Kimi would have done **** all anyway, there will be no decent overtaking moves today. As long as Massa keeps the laptimes up it's all good. Hopefully someone crashes soon...
