Both incidents are directly because Ferrari dont have a Lollipop man - surely that has to put down to a safety breach?

Ferrari HAS to get punished today for their pit lane antics. If they don't the world knows without any doubt now that FIA really are wearing red tinted glasses.

That's exactly what I first thought when I saw they would investigate afterwards, something along those lines that he will be punished but it won't affect the result.
