Ok, so as soon as I got my results - I wanted to see what I got, naturally.. opened them and found that I had got what I thought were good grades (1 A*, 6 A's and 3 B's.. Oh, and a D) so yeah, I was very pleased with those.. I look in the newpaper today at a few of my old school friends who went to a normal school (I go to a grammar - not that it matters or anything).. also worth mentioning that they werent the brightest people in the world, and to my suprise a few of them got like 4, 5, 6 A*s.. How can this be? I tried so hard yet only got 1!

Makes me wonder if they were doing exams under a different exam board. So with that out the way, I look at a few of my friends only to find that some of them even have 12 A*'s.. Kinda makes me feel depressed with my crappy 1 lol. Sorry for the rant but I had to get it out of my system :(

GCSE's mean absolutely naff all, you can get onto a course at college without any, 2 years after you'll be on an A Level course with University soon after. :o

Especially at my college, you can join when you are like 15. :/

Makes the whole thing seem pointless, great experience though.

Oh and them results aren't bad, it's not a competition.

You don't even need to state all of them. Merely saying you have English and Maths at C or above is sufficient...

Those results are better than mine, by the way.

Quiet Grammar boy. Mt bro went to a so called Grammar school, I didn't get in for being to "thick", beat him at GCSEs, maybe the normal school is just better

The Grammar school used to get better overall results but what do you expect when you select only bright pupils, doesn't mean it is any good. :p

But don't worry, unless you want to do something stupidly boring and hard anyway those grades are good enough.

Christ, get a grip...you're annoyed that you got A* and 6 As? I hate people like you.

I could've studied for my GCSEs as I would've certainly got better results. I got 3 B's, 4 C's and a D (French). But I got the C's for English, Maths and Science and thats what mostly matters. Once you have any higher qualifications then nobody really pays attention to them.

PLus those are good results, it's not a competition.

Cleverer than you, Mr. Thicky.
