Right after you put a Phenom 9950 onto a M3A32 MVP with 4 sticks of RAM cooling options other than stock get faily limited.

The Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 from my old build will not fit because of the first stick of Corsair Dominator ( Damn heat fins ).

I have seen a Zalman CNPS9700 on specs of someone elses system with same mobo and RAM sticks but ive never seen any pictures.

Im no longer using the Asus heatpipe that came with the board as it didnt make any COOLING difference to my RAM, it just made the chipset hotter :(

So for a Phenom cooler, what other choices do i have?

Resurrecting this thread a little, it's something I'm interested in too, having dropped 4 Corsair sticks with DHX heatsinks in, as well as prepping for a Phenom 9950.

Would welcome any suggestions from anyone, as there are quite a few choices out there but I'm not sure what to go for.
 
I'm using an ASUS Silent Knight AL on my 9600BE phenom (link)

the bulk of the cooler sits quite far off the MB so you should have enough room for it.

I'll get some photos uploaded soonish, need to upload the pics for my antec 1200 rebuild, so will post one of the cooler here for you
 
the Zalman CNPS9700 seems like a good bet since the fan is raised up from the cpu giving more space round the sides. the Tuniq Tower 120 & Thermalright Ultra 120 are also slightly raised and looks like they should be fine.

I 'modded' my arctic to fit around the Ram fins
