Inspired by a few things I've seen on the box & a lunchtime conversation, what it your most suprising character death in a film.

I'm not talking gruesome or down right shocking, more of the 'holy cow, I never thought they were gonna get it!' or 'BAM! Dead before they hit the ground' variety.
