Quabalah - Amstrad CPC - No instructions were ever provided for this game afaik. It looked nice, and featured a weird fat dude in some isometric 3D maze. There was no objectives and you just wandered around aimlessly.
Eve - PC- So damn complicated that I didn't even get beyond the tutorial before I wanted out. It made me want to kill gerbils.
Transport Tycoon Deluxe. Because I didn't have the manual
Eve, of course... I did the tutorial twice and that gave me just about enough ability to find interesting ways to be murdered. I'm still learning gameplay mechanics today, after about 2 years.
