I work for a BMW dealer and there is no way we would retail that car. The recon cost would be a astronomical to bring it to AUC standard.
How can you say that without seeing the car. It could be immaculate and in perfect order - I admit it is unusual to find AUC cars with more than 100k on the clock but thats not to say they don't exist. There have been examples - like I said the one I saw was a 120k mile 320d SE, 2002, for 7995. It didnt last very long and it wasn't there when I visited the dealer in person a few weeks later so I guess somebody must have bought it?
