Best movie twists?

Just posted in another thread about Arlington Road which reminded me of what a great twist this movie had.

Other ones off the top of my head that had me :eek:

at the time are The Sixth Sense, The Others (somehow didn't see that coming), Identity.

Any other films with stunning omg-i-never-saw-that-coming twists?

The Usual Suspects has the best twist ever imo, at the end I was just staring at the screen in shock.

The Prestige had an awesome twist as well.

Fight club, closely followed by The Usual Suspects. The Others caught me a tad off guard, whereas the other two knocked me off the sofa.

Never seen the Sixth Sense. M Night Shenanigans annoys me.

The 1st prison break season had many good twists. The 2nd season did too - imo quite well written.

I know it isnt a film, but what happens wasnt what I expected quite often

Old Boy - Crap film, good twist.

I think the number one most jaw dropping, awe-inspiring what the **** moment has to be the very end of Saw.

I'm crap with film names.
That one with the woman and kids in a house and they hear ghosts but it ends up being them who are the ghosts.

Also, My Sassy Girl has a nice twist.
