That's what I said when I went to an Army Recruitment Office in Salisbury (just a few years back ;) ). The recruitment SSGT told me not to be so stupid and to cross off RMP. I asked why and he said "because you're using joined-up writing, lad" I kid you not.
 
Well yesturday i had some great news, the recruiting office phoned me up. And told me i got my ADSC on the 17th september, and if i pass they want me in the army october:D
 
Good luck with the SC, I remember mine all those years ago! Just pray you dont get some up his own arse para full-scew who thinks he is gods gift! What you thinking of going into? Any questions then just give me a message mate.

I want to join the Coldstream Guards, i cant wait until i start basic. All i got to do is get the ADSC out the way next week, but im pretty sure ill be alright:)

What were you in Xcept1?
 
Good to hear you've got ADSC next week Bakes, just keep us updated :D. I've got a fitness form to fill in to send off to my AFCO who'll forward it to the ADSC. Just an extra form because I've already been discharged lol. I'm hoping I'll get in this year heh.
 
the one thing you will notice zefan is how different everything is when youcome home after been away for a while.

im on leave this week for my birthday, and it feels like im actually away from home rather than actually home :(

Strange that you've got yours before me, mine's been booked for 3-4 weeks! Good luck mate, I get my train tickets on the 18th.

Considering my options in case there's a long wait for Installation Technician, anyone got any recommendations for ones to look into? RMP seems to be a sour choice :D

From Wikipedia (who quality controls this stuff?)...

New recruits spend the first nine weeks getting chased around by nasty shouty men who swear a lot; this makes the recruits wish that they'd stayed in civvy street. The food is not bad, though.

I suggest he's tries printing his claim in the correct units.....i.e. It's 1.6 Kilometres in 15min.

Ergo you have NOT walked 1.6miles in 15min or anything close.

haha paste me the link i cant find that. Raleighs supposed to be pretty soft now, my siblings have both been through it and its changed a bit since they had, dont think your aloud to get shouted at all the time etc now hah.. bit of a cop out if thats true really, and im home after 4 or 5 weeks for 2weeks xmas leave and then go back to finish, looking forward to it big time though!!
