why?!?

bit of a state the obvious thread?

second hand ones are cheap atm
not worth it when you can get a 4850/70 or any of the lower nvidia gtx 9800/260 models for very little

For 80 quid it's better 'bang for buck' than all the above! I'm so glad I sold my Ultra before the prices plummeted though.. Cost me 280 quid, sold for 210. :D

Its deffo a great card for 80 quid where you can get em but then again an extra 20 nets you a nice 4850 that is faster ;)

why are some cards b-graded, do they run hotter or are damaged or something?

they are generally RMAs which have been repaired. they have stuff like software etc missing. you generally get them in a brown box with just the card/whatever component.

Ive had a few b-grade cards. Mostly are missing parts or packaging, the last two have been just the bare card. All have worked perfectly, the ultra should come tomorrow/monday

Just a note on them being repaired, all the ones I have had did not have any obvious signs of previous use.
