lol, i began to play CS again after waiting a week for the patch,i found a stash that had some ammo in, an i got a Crash To Desktop.

im waiting to the next patch again before trying again.

My copy just arrived this morning and for around £16 inc it was a superb buy. Installed it and now put away for a while until a few more patches come out and then the modders get to resolve or workaround the rest, a bit like the original game really.

Ironically this game appeared on "those" sites last night. So if you were naughty, then you would be getting a working copy where as those of us who bought it, could not play it until Friday due to impassable bugs fixed by the patch.

Getting lots of CTD's now all of a sudden Legit version patched to 1.5.04 has been working fine for the last couple of days. Just drops to desktop with no errors every 5-10 mins or so.
