It's as the pic, 1.472v. I also posted my 5ghz clock, which was at 1.408v and i don't think BornEvil changed the data when he started the database.

For anyone that is interested, the link in my sig takes you to the DFI overclocking database, which has a full and comprehensive bios and benchmark list for the clock.

Oh, I was gonna say, 1.408v is absolutely awesome for 5.1GHz, sadly it's not true

Still, 5GHz at just under 1.41 is mega also.

BornEvil, I think it's only fair you remove my week 20 entry from the database mate I sold the chip and although that result (prime BLEND stable) stands, I couldn't get it prime small FFTs stable until 1.44v

Hopefully the Q822A435 I have coming will be better, and that WILL be in the database I just don't think its fair to include that week 20 result as (1) it didn't meet the criteria - ie small ffts - AND (2) I no longer own it. Cheers.

In future, entry will still stand even if u sold it, multiple CPU enties per user are allowed, providing it is a different CPU.

A certain user here keeps going on about "Small FFT's" claiming its causes the MAX Heat.

I hate to disappoint him but that's false as its "In Place Large FFT's" that cause the MAX Heat.

well run both, your CPU gets hotter running small FFT's faster doesn't it.

I think the makers of Prime know best, and he said hotter not what heats up faster.

Normally the Large option will fail your CPU before Small option (note normally not always, depends if the L2 is coping as the Small setting stresses it mostly).

Completely agree. When running DFI mobo's i have always entered my clocks in the DFI databases (DFI Street and now DFI club). The requirement has always been Prime/Orthos blend, for the simple reason that it is a more complete test of the system (cpu and ram subsystem). If you watch the cpu voltage as the tests progress you will notice that large fft's run at a higher Vcore than small fft's and also at a higher temp. It has always been a requirement to run 3d01 in the same screenshot as well, you'd be amazed at how easy it is for Prime /Orthos to fail when you run 3d01 in the same session. I've always thought that approach was a very good way of proving/testing alround stability.

Do not believe everything you read on the WEB.

Be it 1 Core or 8 Cores its the same, Small Tests Cache and Large tests some other aspect of the CPU and heats it the most.

Woo! My Q822A435 from Devious arrived today \o/ I've got some 1066MHz reapers (2x2GB) due from OcUK tomorrow; I didn't want to 'risk' the 800MHz version I originally had limiting my clocks on a low multi. Once that arrives, I can start clocking this baby and hopefully blow my dismal week 20 clock out of the water
