The driving position is an...erm...acquired taste.
 
Clio williams was one of the biggest let downs I've been in. :( Not that fast, not that good in the bends - overall just not that good given that it has 'classic' status. My mate owned it and its still only on 55k now! He sold it to his mum who used it for dawdling round and can't understand why all these saxo's want to race! Number 55 it was.

I'm not saying it was rubbish, just not as good as I was hoping it would be. RCW are held in such high esteem I was hoping for more. That's why it was a let down. I drove the same car and disliked it. The clutch was silly heavy (and that was even with me owning a car with an AP 4 paddle and heavy duty cover at the time) and I seemed to be sat at an uncomfortable angle to the peddles no matter what I did with the seat. Not my cup of tea fella, that's all.

That's ok. :) I don't mind that we don't agree. hehe. I do though agree about the clutch... however it can be fix by doing a "soft clutch conversion" which I think takes parts from a Volvo if memory serves me correct. :) I had that on my Valver with a B&M short-shift. Changing gears was a dream! lol. :)

No, its safely tucked away in his garage.

To the people above ^^ stop moaning about the heavy clutch its not that bad!! ive driven a soft pedal converted one, and prefer the standard pedal feel by a long way!
 
I love the look of that focus,

now thinking of selling my 306 and buying one.. although I'm guessing they carry a high price due to them being a limited batch :(
