£100,000,000 on this firdays Euromillions?

I was talking to my GF about this last night. If I won 100M I'd give 1M to my friends and considerable more to my family. I'd be happy with £20M.

yeh I'd be so disappointed with 19m. I mean I'm not sure I'd even be willing to take it it would just be so annoying. :(

:p

Just discovered that there is a 1 in 76,275,360 chance of winning, so basically you buy all 76,275,360 combinations and hope that nobody else wins, instant £24m profit! :D

£100,000,000 @ 4.40% per year is £4,400,000 or £366,666 per month. (if my non exsistant knowledge of using calculators is correct).

I could live on that.

Just to make sure.

I would keep it all for myself and my immediate family, screw giving any away to friends (other than a big night out funded by moi)

some big syndicate tried to do this about 10 years back or something, but with their idea was to also miss out stupid combinations like

1,2,3,4,5,6
1,2,3,4,5,7
1,2,3,4,5,8

etc

if you miss out all those combos the profit is over £50 million I reckon

Imagine the interest on that, you wouldnt even have to touch your winnings.
Looking at the economic forecasts, I'll have it in tens, twenties and fifties thanks.
Then its a rather large shoebox coupled with a rather large padlock.

Except that each ticket is £1.50, so you'd have to spend £114 million. Still, interest would probably get you that back eventually.

dont forget Euromillion tickets are £1.50

Therefore buying all 76million tickets would be a loss of £14,000,000 if you were the only one to win the jackpot

EDIT: Also Im replying to the £10k guy :p
