Tanks can shield people now, so you in some circumstances you have to kill the tank first to be able to kill the healer!
 
Ok, well I'm getting frustrated now. When trying to login I'm either getting authentication failed or the patcher just kinda stalls and doesn't do anything :/.
 
I can't login to the patcher now without getting an authentication failed? Bizzarre seeing as It let me log in to update, gave me a critical error authentication failure just before the character select screen and now this :(
 
Why do i keep looking at this thread? I've never played this type of game ever and the thought of paying a monthly fee annoys me!

Dont worry about the monthly fee, you pay one for your internet and your sky/cable tv ! Just put it down along with those as entertainment :D
 
Some reason I cant login, its saying authentication failed or some crap.

Still go after the squishy caster wearing bubblewrap armour instead of a 3k+ hp tank getting heals up the wazoo!! This is like DAoC on crack and I love cr... DAOC!
 
Picked it up today.
Took forever to install then authenticate etc.
Just waiting on the patcher for now.
Looks like I might be able to play it tomorrow.

dont know about the other clases but with black orc "save da runts" just stops 50% of the damage but only if your within 30ft of the friendly target.

i just run in to the enemy mob and go after the first person i target :D but i do get behind them and use knockback to whack them towards my team so they will die regardless of wether they were beeing healed or not because they either end up out of the range of healers, not in the healers line of sight or the healer cant keep up.

mourkains temple really needs the healers beeing hassled though so i always try my best to get them in there. well i did before i out leveled it :(

i got the full level 20-21 just from doing mourkains temple :) , t3 are barely ever active on karak-hirn so im leveled an alt now while people catch up
I was on the now defunct OcUK realm and had to wait up to 45 minutes to logon, this lasted for about 3 months after launch and from what i read was duplicated across most of the live realms.

it was the same on EU twilights hammer and EU haumarush both pvp servers with huge queues.

Finally had a chance to have a good play on this tonight, much more than I played the EU beta due to the mess that GOA made of the open beta.

Playing with a US client in anticipation of my move down under and luckily I haven't had a single queue yet (time difference I guess).

Really enjoying the game. Graphics are excellent, the early video's really didn't do them any justice at all. No lag either, which suprised me somewhat.

Quit my WoW sub I'm enjoying it that much. It's a nice refreshing change.

Can see me playing this for a long time if it carries on being as good as it starts out :D

probably bugged on your server it was on karak-hirn on the same day as the ce headstart for a few days and then they took the server down to fix it.

i havent needed to go there recently so i dont know if its still working or not on my server.

theres not really a need to go there anyway though, the auction house is full of overpriced crap and people seem to think everything is worth atleast 1 gold.

ive already seen stuff on the ah for over 100gold lol

Yeah its working on Hirn, but there is plenty of reason to go there !! Got to level up our capital city, to be honest I wish more people on Hirn took the time to go to Inevitable City because at the moment so few people are going there that its going to take us months to even get our capital to rank 2
