Then and than.

I think all the above mentioned mistakes are fairly easy and tolerable, EXCEPT: "where/were/we're"

The differences between them are so significant and it does annoy me when people get them mixed up because usually I read them as how they're spelt and it ruins the sentence from the first word, until I re-read and just realise the author doesn't know how to write English correctly.

What has happened to Zefan? He's been mega trolling recently. I reckon he has just broken up with his gf so he's unleashing the rage and hate in the form of trolling on the forums.

I think it's because he's not a mod anymore, so he's gone back to trolling & spamming just as it was before he was a mod.

One of the worst is when people type 'common' when they mean 'come on'.

"Common m8, we was only having a laff...".

Bingo! Did it ever really stop though?

In truth, I'm home alone at the moment (parents house as I've moved out of student house in Bristol) and there's **** all to do apart from be on here and exercise. I'll be gone in a few days, just fancy posting some non-serious threads and replies while I can.

It's also to do with the fact that now I can't change my mind half a second after creating a thread or making an edgy reply :D

Is everyone convinced that I'm not going through some sort of emotional trouble/my account has not been hijacked?

I love it when I point that out and people try to tell me that I'm the one getting it wrong. I just laugh :D

Funnily enough, your post shows no evidence of that.

:p

How's that funny?
Ask me which each one means and I can tell you, ask me to read a sentence and pick out the mistakes on words that sound the same and I find it incredibly hard.

Understanding and being able to type it are two totally separate things.
