Something really crazy on the news

Im completely shocked at the moment, two swedish women were walking on some motorway and then the police tried to pull them to safety, everything seemed ok and then one of them decides run into the path of an artic truck... then the other one does the same! I just dont understand why they did it.

Really crazy :(
 
They never explained why they did it, what a strange story! Didn't give the impression they'd elaborate further tonight either...

Surely they need help?
 
Well im just a bit shocked here at the moment, you dont run into the path of a truck let alone one on the motorway!

I dont even think they were drunk or anything... and yes being swedish they looked fit.

Yes, one got hit by a lorry and the second got hit by a car, smashed all the windscreen in and bent the roof. Then the woman who got hit by a car got back up and tried to run away again, ran into the other lane on the other side of the motorway :eek:
 
Well no I dont get shocked easily just im kinda tired at the mo so im a bit zoned. The news comes on and then you see two women just act like idiots and get flattened. The bit that shocked me was the sound because they didnt stop that bit just the video. If the one hit by the lorry is alive then shes one lucky ***
 
It'll be on a program later, "Motorway Cops" or something. Weird, weird stuff. Don't remember it appearing in the news, whenever it was.

They both lived, the one hit by the lorry spent 7 weeks in hospital though.

She is alive, but in critical condition. To be quite honest I couldn't care less about either of them. More concerned for people who saw it, and particularly those who hit them...

They mustve been to do that, nobody in their right mind would do it unless they were suicidal or on something. What will really be sick is if they were just straight normal and it was fear from seeing the police coming after them.
 
I don't think it can be explained properly without watching the program later. The thing on BBC News was basically just an advert for that...

You couldn't care less about why two people would choose to run into motorway traffic but you do about people who saw it, thats real nice...:rolleyes:
 
They let one of them go after a day in jail it said. But to me they seem like they have some serious mental health problems. They were not the actions of a sane person!
