whats the difference in running my 4870 via dvi or hdmi in my monitor ?
ive just plugged it into the hdmi socket, whats the dif between both and are there disadvantages ?

hdmi and dvi are the same but hdmi will carrie sound + picture, dvi only does picture, vga is analog picture.
