Critique my car ad ( and other selling questions )

Can't believe that's only 15 grand

Same here. The one I was looking at last year (in BMW dealership admittedly) was £24k and it was similar age and spec. The bottom really has fallen out of the market!

It's a lot of car for not much money. I can't believe it hasn't sold yet.

Spoken to a local prestige german car specialist who has offered to market my car at his dealership, they take £1000 but obviously this offers potential buyers p/ex and finance options

any thoughts ?

Why not? shove it on for £16k and let them have a grand, win win ? or is that not how it works?

Tbh i'd be really tempted to put it on ebay with the intention to just get some more interest for practically nothing and then withdraw it etc before end of auction.

I agree about the no offers thing what others have said yet if someone puts "ovno" i tend not to find that anywhere near as offputting yet it still gives me the hint they won't practically give it away.

my old man did similar with a W-reg 318 about when they were not that old.

Sat there for 6months and didn't sell then he had to pay to get the car back (about £250 i think)

i can do that too. it costs £20 for 3 weeks and its called autotrader. Has way more hits than their website probably will.

Is this not even on autotrader yet rotty? Pistonheads has quite a small audience in comparison...
