Seeing as the last one was locked , bear in mind what you post in here, this thread is for talk about the game only

Just got the game today, wow it's so fast online, defending is going to be hard

Had my 1st game Newcastle v Rangers

0-0 at full time but I hit the bar 4 times or so, I can't seem to get 1 on 1's no more, I used to be lethal, the keepers are way better

Anyway got into my stride at the end and won 3-0

Can't believe some of the team ratings, Liverpool and Arsenal only 4.5 with Villa and Spurs:eek: Toon are thankfully still 4 star, don't know how though
 
I logged onto the game and within seconds Danny invited me to play a game.

Really enjoyed the match, even though it got interrupted by someone phoning (i could have ingnored it, but it turned out to be someone offering me a job interview :o so good job i stopped playing).

Ended 0 - 0 after a few scares for both of us with goal mouth scrambles, which are excellent in this game due to the awesome physics and collison system.

Then lost on pens :(
 
I got the game yesterday and played it all night with my house mate and really enjoyed it. I loved the player collision and fouling physics. But my favorite thing so far is the custom tactics those things can make a huge difference to the way the team responds. Also i have noticed that there is a lot of difference in the way teams play as default, for example i really struggled with Real Madrid but found Arsenal easy to pass it around.

Doesn't anyone think the physics on the game is a bit off ?

I mean when the players go in for headers and that they seem to be hovering for a bit =)
 
Picked up my copy for £29.71. It's my first fifa game since Fifa 2004 so i'm hoping this is going to be good. Been a PES guy for the last 5 years. The demo was awesome so am looking forward to it once i get back from work!

anyway after playing a few games:


the ball is a lot more floaty, from a couple of free kicks my friend took against me he only taped the power and it went skyward.

i do like when u can do your own celebration with a button combo.

and the game is a lot faster paced which makes it more fun.
 
I've got this game sitting on my desk in work... picked it up at lunch.

I wish 5 O'clock would come around so I can go home and play it :(
 
I have confirmation from my GF that it is sitting at home ready for me. Although I am at work until 5:30pm.

Will be picking up some beer on the way home and settling in for a MEGA session until the early hours :)

ps. Why did the other thread get locked?
 
Not clicking with this game at all. As I said before, it's very unbalanced, attacking is too quick and easy, and that means defending is very difficult, well for me anyway.

If anyone wants a game just give me a shout, I'll probably get schooled but I need the experience.
 
this is torture for me, the game won;t be here till monday so im stuck with the demo all weekend! nooo! lol
