Need a new phonetic alphabet

Do what our 'brilliant ' secretary does and say
''X as in Xavier'' I have pointed out that we are the only country to pronounce it that way but she does not understand

Krooton doesn't! - Jermany - Germany - J for Germany? Not G :p

Squirrel has no clue :)
Is there any word in English where the J is pronounced as a Y, such as the German words Jahre or Jager?

Way to ruin the fun! :p
Most of them don't work as they are just pronounced as letters. T as in tsunami fits in, though. :)

J as in Jalapeño. Spanish word but we still use it for the chili pepper.

EDIT:
O - Oedipus
A - Aesthetic
