I was really undecided on this but now im getting to like it.
thought it was nothing special at all for first few hours, rather underwhelming- but!!!
i love how smooth this game runs! being a battlefield player and getting hacked off with lag i started this up and was really shocked at how well it plays!
Gameplay wise i find you have to be a lot more sneaky compared to cod4 and theres a lot more nooks and crannies to hide/ ambush in. The dogs are a pain but can be dealt with and the snipers are ever present and deadly. Grenade throwing seems quite weak but will suffice if unchanged- the molotov cocktail is a nice touch :)
i unlocked the mp40 last night and finding it a very efficient weapon.
All in all its a grower i think and the pre order wont be cancelled.

Well I got my code e-mailed to me today but I'm not at home and won't be until later on tonight :(

Quite pleased as well seeing as I only pre-ordered it on Tuesday :D

Anyone up for a game later tonight :confused:

This game is pants by the way :p CoD4 is better in pretty much every way, including weapon balance, level design, atmosphere and excitement online.

Think it will make it in terms of competetive gaming? Pretty much all of the COD4 scene intend to move across to COD5.

You seem to die faster than in CoD 4, the weapons are pretty powerful imo o.O

The bolt actions are 1 shot kills with stopping power
 
haha it's like a mod made by some WWII fans, it's shocking how much is lifted straight from COD4, if this was released as a download pack it might be okay
 
What is the best game mode to play? I tried team deathmatch just thought it was basically COD4. I'm more bothered about the single player to be honest!
