So my Internet has been down for the last day and just had the Virgin techie out to take a look. Now accoridng to the guy whos just fixed it upstairs have paid someone to hook t heir cable upstairs so they can access my services. Something to do with their cables being crossed with mine in the box across the road.

1) could this possibly be true?

2) what sort of revenge should i enact upon upstairs

3) any other suggestions?
 
It could possibly be true, I wouldn't take revenge but be in touch with legal authorities. They're clearly breaking the law and you're not doing anything about it?
 
Murder them in an horrendous bloodbath but make it look like a murder-suicide pact. Even better if it's two guys as you could make it look like a lovers tiff that got out of hand.
 
Eat their livers with a nice glass of Chianti or report them.

Think reporting them may be preferable though to be honest.

Report them, and go upstairs and give them an invoice for half of your Internet costs since they moved in.
 
As the Virgin engineer already knows what happened I don't think you'll need to report it. Just make sure they refund the days you were without a service.

Edit: Oh and do the dog poo in a burning paper bag trick :p
