Man of Honour, Underboss, Don etc

Couple of general questions really, that I'd like to know :)

How you become one of the above? - As in why would someone be appointed

What is the purpose of Man of Hounor and Underboss?

Why do all the Men of Honour have "2004" underneath?

What is the selection process etc for a Don etc?

You get elected

What is the purpose of Man of Hounor and Underboss?
People who've done well at helping/giving advice etc

Why do all the Men of Honour have "2004" underneath?
They don't, there's 1 or sometimes a few for each year

What is the selection process etc for a Don etc?
You get elected if they need more for the moderating team

It's common sense to work it out tbh. Underbosses are there to help the Dons

Actually if you click 'Who are Dons and Commissarios' it answers part of your question there.

If you also look at the avatars, it tells you that 'Man of Honour' is an appointed rank, i.e. given by higher authority. I don't know why.

Also if you did even more work, you would notice that some Dons, Underbosses, Commissarios and Men of Honour moderate parts of the forum. So that should help a bit.

And I have more, and have a better one. :D

Dons are admins, Underbosses are Mods/mini-Mods, Men of Honour have done something in the year that is under their name to give them the status, they have no special powers. :)
