It means you get light later but night comes earlier. 4pm will never be sunny again... till late spring/summer.

Yup, so that morning rush-hour isn't too dark too fast. Or something.

Doesn't really affect me yet, I roll into work about 9:30, don't leave home before about 9:15 some days...

Been going home in the dark for a while already, mind.
